Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days - with no signs of wear - for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service support@auxbrain.com with your order number to initiate your return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or new packaging
3. Include your order number in the package
4. Ship the item back to us using the label from support

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item please simply initiate a return and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
